Thurso High School classes have been enjoying a range of fun activities, with a house week for younger pupils followed by a fun day for the older ones.
The annual house week saw S1-3 pupils earning points for their houses by taking part in pizza-making, a quiz, a scavenger hunt, Lego-building, capture the flag, football, netball and dodgeball. The winning house was Pentland.
Stewart Ross, faculty head of health and wellbeing, said: "The pupils were excellent throughout the week, working hard to earn points for their house."
The house week was followed by a fun day for the S4-6 pupils who had been on study leave. They took part in bowls, footgolf, capture the flag and a slip and slide.
A barbecue for pupils and staff was put on by the home economics department.
Mr Ross said: "The pupils had a great day to celebrate the end of their exams. We would like to thank Thurso Bowling Club for hosting our senior pupils and providing them with some excellent coaching and games, and Castletown Butchers for helping towards the barbecue."
