PICTURES: Colourful scenes in Caithness as Miller Academy Primary School youngsters raise funds for Children in Need

BRIGHT and colourful scenes were the order of the day when Miller Academy Primary School, its ELC and SCOPE supported Children in Need on Friday.

The children and staffed dressed up or down to support the telethon fundraiser charity.

Headteacher Jacqui Budge said: “Our families, as always, supported us superbly and some of our children enjoyed a dress down or dressing up day, while others chose to dress up in spots and bright colours.

"Our children enjoyed painting and making Pudsey Bears and our P7 children joined their P1 buddies to play a ‘Pudsey Drive’ which they loved.

"Our coin collection raised £333 for this charity and we are very proud of this and grateful to all of our families.”
