Eleanor Hargrave, the company's social media and marketing assistant, said: "For the first two weeks in December, we collected donations to go towards the Caithness FM Toy Appeal. It was a great success and we are delighted to have played a part in helping local vulnerable children and teenagers find the magic in Christmas this year.

"On December 10, we donned our best festive outfits for the official Christmas Jumper Day in aid of Save the Children. There was fantastic enthusiasm from our teams in Bower and Inverness and particularly from our workshop operatives. We managed to raise £130 which will go towards helping children see the magic in the world."

Norscot, which has offices in Bower and Inverness, produces timber kit homes and windows and doors.
