Scout is a handsome ferret looking for his new home. He is being cared for by the Scottish SPCA Caithness and Sutherland Animal Rescue and Rehoming Centre.

As he arrived as a stray he doesn’t appear to have had much handling. Scout does like a nibble when handled so he is looking for an experienced home that can continue building his confidence.

He is quite a slim ferret so the centre is building him up to a healthy weight before he goes to his new home.

Scout would like a large enclosure with plenty of space to keep him physically stimulated.

Ferrets are highly intelligent animals and need plenty of toys and enrichment.

He would prefer not to live with other ferrets.
