Thurso pensioner fined at Wick court for Tesco car park scrape

A driver who scraped the side of a car as he entered the Tesco car park in Thurso and failed to stop and give his details was fined £200 at Wick Sheriff Court.
Robert Stevens (71) of Duncan Street, Thurso, also incurred five penalty points on Wednesday.

The offence occurred on June 22.
A plea of not guilty to a second charge of not reporting the accident to the police was accepted by fiscal depute Grant McLennan.
