Adam said: "We have been gigging up and down Scotland during the summer and are hoping to continue it into next year with the possibility of a Scottish headline tour doing small venues in all the major cities.

"At the beginning of November we supported Indigo Velvet, a band from Leith, which was a great experience as we have been fans of theirs for several years now. On the first of December we have our first gig in Edinburgh playing at EH6 Festival alongside some of Scotland's top talent."

OpenPlan also support Neon Waltz in the Wick Assembly Rooms on December 21 at a show which has already sold out.

"We are all looking extremely forward to this one as Neon Waltz were one of the reasons we decided to start a band," Adam said.

"Not many bands seem to make it outside of Caithness but they showed us it's possible and we would love to do what they have managed to achieve.

"On November 16 we support Carousel in the Blackstairs Lounge, which seems to be our local venue. There's always a good atmosphere and crowd there and the barman Robert Harper is good to us.

"We sold out the venue doing a headline show in August which is always a good feeling.

"It is the second time we have headlined the venue and the second time we have sold it out. Next year is going to be filled with us gigging everywhere and anywhere as much as possible and hopefully another few songs released."
