Online enrolment for all Early Learning and Childcare (ELC) providers, including local authority nurseries, partner settings and commissioned childminders is now open.

Due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, there will be no face-to-face enrolment again this year. Please do not visit the ELC setting during enrolment week.

Children born between March 1, 2018, and February 29, 2020, will be entitled to a funded ELC place. For all ELC places, enrolment will run throughout this week, ending on Friday.

To enrol your child, for further information on completing the online form, the enrolment process, catchment areas, Gaelic Medium education, and placing requests, please visit: www.highland.gov.uk/enrol

Parents and carers who do not have access to the online enrolment process should contact their preferred ELC setting during enrolment week via email or telephone to request a paper copy of the enrolment form.

Parents and carers are also welcome to phone the setting of their choice to find out more about what is offered. To find out what provision is available in local communities, a helpful map can be found on the Highland Council website.
