No plea over imitation firearm charge at Lybster

A young Lybster man has been accused of threatening or abusive behaviour and possession of an imitation firearm.

Ricky Donald McPhee (22) made no plea during a private appearance at Wick Sheriff Court on Tuesday.

The offences are said to have occurred in Lybster earlier this year.

McPhee was granted bail by Sheriff Neil Wilson pending further inquiry.
