Nights of vandalism in Halkirk

Various acts of vandalism occurred in Halkirk last Monday evening (February 6) and Tuesday (February 7).

Nine windows of the football pavilion were smashed and a car was vandalised in the village.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Enquiries are ongoing following a report of a vandalism to a car parked on Braal Terrace, Halkirk on Tuesday, 7 February, 2023.”

The spokesperson added: “We received a report of windows being broken at a premises on Bridge Street, Halkirk, around 8.35pm on Tuesday, 7 February.

“Enquiries are ongoing.”
