New pool set to make a splash in Thurso

THURSO Leisure Centre is set to reopen its pool as its £2.7 million refurbishment has been completed.

The four lane swimming pool which has been closed since March has received a complete transformation and will be open to the public on Monday.

The centre, which celebrates its 50th anniversary in May, has also improved facilites at its fitness studio, dance studio, sauna and steam room.
