New members welcome at AGM of Wick Flowers

New volunteers will be made welcome at the annual general meeting of Wick Flowers, the community group formerly known as Wick Flower Baskets.

The AGM is planned for Tuesday, February 25, at 7pm in the Assembly Rooms.

Joanna Coghill of Wick Flowers said: “New members are very welcome to help with our floral efforts and projects in the town. No experience or garden knowledge is really needed, just enthusiasm and a little time.

“This year has been very successful for us as volunteers, not only with the flowers but the sharing of knowledge. And there’s much laughter and banter with locals and visitors as we tend to our containers.”
