Lynda strikes gold at British masters

FOR Hilton Primary headteacher Lynda Banks, it was a career milestone worth its weight in gold.

The inspirational ‘Miss’ secured a storming success at the British Masters National Championships in Belfast, defending her powerlifting title for a fourth consecutive year.

But what made the achievement all the more special was the recording of two cherished personal bests.
