Watson willing to fill any role at Ross County

ROSS County defender Keith Watson says that he is happy to play anywhere in the defensive line if it means that he will get more game time for the Staggies.

The versatile 28-year-old has been enjoying a run in the side at right back in the absence of club captain Marcus Fraser.

But against Ayr United last weekend, injuries to Callum Morris and Liam Fontaine saw Watson shifted inside to a more central role.

He played alongside the debuting Tom Grivosti in the middle while Stelios Demetriou took over at full back.

Watson says as long as he is getting on the pitch, and as long as Ross County continue picking up wins, he does not mind which position he is in.
