Gnakpa freed by Caley Thistle

FRENCH midfielder Claude Gnakpa is on the hunt for a new club after being freed by Caley Thistle.

The 28-year-old joined the Highlanders in January from League One side Walsall, but has made just eight appearances, six of which have been from the bench.

The Marseille-born midfielder, whose contract was due to expire next month, will now step up his search for a move.

Ten first-team stars are out on contract at the end of the season and the only fresh deal on the table so far is for French striker Gregory Tade, who is expected to agree terms for another year.
