Musical duo Rachel Walker and Aaron Jones to perform at Armadale Hall on evening of Caithness and Sutherland Provincial Mod





A hall in north Sutherland is set to host an Evening of Gaelic and English song on the day of the Caithness and Sutherland Provincial Mod.

The musical event will take place at Armadale Hall on Saturday, June 7, while the Mod competitions will be centred round Farr High School in Bettyhill.

Stars of the evening will be singer-songwriter Rachel Walker and multi-instrumentalist Aaron Jones.

The highly regarded duo are known for their beautiful vocal harmonies and interpretations of both traditional and contemporary Gaelic songs.

They released their second album ‘Amongst the Wild Rowans’, in November last year.
