MOT offence leads to court fine for Reiss man

A Reiss man who used his car without a test certificate was fined £100 at Wick Sheriff Court.

Logan McPhee (19) was given an opportunity to pay a fixed penalty but didn’t pay it and the offence was referred to the court.

McPhee, of Plover Place, Reiss, pleaded guilty to the charge. He committed the offence in Ironside Place, Thurso, on April 20.
