Met Office issues weather warning for Caithness

THE Met Office has issued a weather warning for Caithness as snow has been forecast to fall in the county on Friday night and early Saturday morning.
With temperatures set to drop to –1C tonight, the east of the county can expect to see snow at 9pm with showers likely after midnight in the west.
Snow showers are expected to continue until at least 9am on Saturday morning when temperatures will rise to about 7C with rain forecast in the evening.
