These entirely customisable garden rooms are available in four different sizes, providing space for many potential uses; ranging from simply adding additional leisure space to your home, to avoiding the stress of commuting with a home office or a relaxed space to exercise in.

The well-established Highland business has gained a reputation for designing, manufacturing and delivering sustainable, energy-efficient timber frame kit homes. Technical Director, Jason Fraser says: “We are very excited to bring our garden room kits to market. We proudly apply the same design principles to our garden rooms, including a variation of our eco-wall specification.”

The journey to having the garden room of your dreams is simple: simply pick the model you think will best suit your needs and finalise the design with our team, your room will then be manufactured in our workshop before being delivered to your home ready for self-assembly.

The Norscot team has many years of experience in house building and they are more than happy to offer guidance and advice at any stage of your project.

From its workshops and showroom in Bower, Caithness, Norscot has been manufacturing a range of superior quality Timber Frame Kit Homes; Timber, uPVC and AluWood made-to-measure windows, doors, patios and conservatories for over 38 years.

The workshops are equipped with sophisticated computer-controlled machinery which, together with the skilled workforce, produces the most comprehensive range of building components and related products available from a single source anywhere in Scotland.

To promote and distribute its products outwith Caithness, it also owns a purpose-built showroom, sales office and storage facility on the Carse Industrial Estate in Inverness.
