Man denies using mobile phone while driving in Thurso





A Lanark man is to fight a charge that he drove while using a mobile phone in Thurso.

James Bullock (42) told Wick Sheriff Court that there were two witnesses in his car when he was stopped by police at the Bridgend Filling Station in Thurso, on December 2, last year.

Bullock, of Golf Court, Cleghorn, Lanark, pleaded not guilty and had his trial fixed for August 5.
