A Wick man has admitted having been concerned in the supply of illegal drugs in the town.

David Macgregor (45) appeared on indictment at Wick Sheriff Court on Tuesday and will be sentenced in September.

One charge relates to the supply of cocaine, a Class A drug, the second count involved the supply of cannabis, a Class B drug.

Both offences were committed at Macgregor's home in Osborne Close, Wick, on December 6, 2020.

Sheriff David Sutherland deferred sentence on the accused until September 5 when he will consider a background report and hear the circumstances of the offences along with mitigation from solicitor George Mathers.
