Quoybrae, Aberdeen and Northern Marts on Monday, January 16, sold 1075 sheep.

Old season prime lambs (394) sold to 223.7p for kg for two Beltex Cross from Taldale, Forss and £111.50 gross for 58kg Continentals from Bardnaclavan. Bridge of Westfield.

Old season store lambs (376) sold to £78.50 three times for Continentals Housequoy, Stirkoke, Gerston Farm, Halkirk and Suffolks from Charleston Farm, Barrock.

Feeding ewes and rams (305) averaged £96.80 and sold to £240 for Texels from Gunn, Hill of Forss.
