Keiss P7 pupils benefit from funded trip to activity centre

Primary 7 pupils at Keiss had an unforgettable experience on their residential trip to Fairburn Activity Centre in Ross-shire.

The children took part in a range of exciting and challenging activities, including raft building, archery, team games, abseiling and bushcraft skills. It was a fantastic opportunity for them to build confidence, strengthen friendships and create lasting memories.

Head teacher Mrs Sylvie Sinclair said: “We are incredibly grateful to the Stroupster Wind Farm Community Fund, administered by Foundation Scotland, for fully funding this trip. Thanks to their generosity, all Primary 7 pupils were able to attend without cost, ensuring equal access to this enriching experience.”

Keiss Primary School has a roll of 38 pupils, according to Highland Council data.
