Jimmy calls on security to be relaxed on wearing kilt at airports

JIMMY Sutherland planned to fly from Inverness to Manchester to wear his kilt and highland dressware this weekend.

But after being advised by airport officials he would have to take all metal parts of his outfit off when he got to security going through the scanner, he decided against it.

He has labelled it a "national disgrace" he can't wear his national dress through security without taking several parts off and is calling for changes to be made at security checkpoints in the UK.
