'Is motorsport Fabulous, or Frivolous?' – attend free talk in Thurso to find out

The Thurso branch of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers (IMechE) announces a talk by the renowned engineer and motorsport fanatic, Dr Peter Hylton.

Mechanical engineer Peter has had a coloured career, working in aerospace and higher education. An enjoyer of motorsport, he created the USA's first academic program for motorsports engineering. He will lean on these experiences to answer the question, 'Is motorsport Fabulous, or Frivolous?'.

Admission is free and open to the public. Attendees can enjoy complimentary refreshments while networking. Join IMechE in the Pentland Hotel at 7pm on March 12.
