Injured man arrested and charged after nightclub incident in Wick

A 27-year-old man was arrested by police and charged after an incident at the Waterfront nightclub in Wick in the early hours of Sunday morning (April 9).
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Around 1.50am on Sunday, 9 April 2023, police attended a report of a disturbance at a nightclub at The Shore, Wick.
"A 27-year-old sustained injury after falling from a height and was taken by ambulance to Caithness General Hospital where he was treated and has since been discharged.
"The 27-year-old man was subsequently arrested and charged in connection with the incident. He was released on an undertaking to appear at court at a later date. A report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal."
