Highland health groups launch new resource for parents
The NHS Highland Health Improvement Team and Planet Youth Highland have launched The Parent Hub for sharing health information and hearing more about what parents and carers want.
A spokesperson said: “The Parent Hub is a two-way communication portal that will not only allow us to share health information and resources including learning opportunities more easily, but will also give parents and carers the opportunity to contribute their ideas, thoughts and suggestions around what they need from us and where the current challenges lie in raising health, happy children and adolescents at the moment.”
“There is also a section on the page where parents, carers or agencies can add their own local services on an interactive map - this is something that has been highlighted many time as a resource that would be of great help to communities at a local level - so please take a moment to add your services and raise awareness of these.”
