Highland dancer Ava achieves her pre-championship title

Fourteen-year-old Ava Taylor, from Keiss, has become the 79th pupil from the Wick-based Elise Lyall School of Dance to achieve her pre-championship title.

Ava won her section when competing at the City of Inverness Highland Dance Championship in July.

She will now continue to compete and progress at championship level.
