Health chiefs to discuss issues affecting Caithness

THE new far north health and social care alliance is to meet for the second time next Friday.
The Caithness District Partnership is meeting as part of the new arrangements between the NHS and The Highland Council.
On the agenda is a report from the NHS steering group, who are recommending a stakeholder engagement plan as well as a Highland Council report on plans for youth employment and transition.
Other agenda items include discussions on a communications strategy for the partnership as well as a slot for public questions.
The meeting will start at 11am in the Pulteneytown Community Centre, Huddart Street, Wick.
The general public are welcome to attend.
