Halkirk residents hit by overnight powercut with SSEN engineers en-route

Residents in Halkirk woke to a power cut this morning after a localised electricity fault.

SSEN says 11 customers were affected by the outage in the Halkirk Primary School and Recreation Park areas.

Engineers are en-route and the power company expects to have supplies restored by 10 am this morning after the lights went out at around 3 am.
