Free eBike trial from Caithness Voluntary Group

Elspeth Manson trying out an eBike which is newly available from Caithness Voluntary Group (CVG) in Wick for members of the public to book for three days at no cost.

The trial is in conjunction with Home Energy Scotland and will run for a month. CVG will go through the checks and a helmet, high-vis vest and instructions are included in the pannier.

It is an opportunity to see if an eBike is something you would like to buy to use as an environmentally friendly alternative to a car for commuting locally.

Anyone wishing to book it should call CVG on 01955 603453 between 9.30am and 2pm on weekdays.
