Forss firm to hold clay-pigeon shoot taster session
A COME-and-try clay-pigeon shooting event is being held this weekend for anyone who has ever thought about giving the sport a go.
The Kaithness Clays Skeet Shooting Range at Forss is holding taster sessions this Sunday with everything included, from a full safety briefing and information on shotgun handling to insurance, safety equipment and gun hire.
People will be taught how to safely use a shotgun and break the targets.
The taster session includes 25 clay-pigeon targets, 25 cartridges, gun hire, safety glasses and ear defenders. People are advised to wear sturdy footwear and bring a warm, waterproof jacket.
The day, which costs £15, will run from 11am to 3pm.
