Former CNC officer claims of bullying at Dounreay

A FORMER Dounreay policeman claims he was forced to quit his job after being subjected to a campaign of bullying and intimidation by his bosses.

Simon Carr accuses the Civil Nuclear Constabulary of condoning a dysfunctional management regime run by a hard core of senior officers. The 45-year-old has a dossier containing his grievances which include being told to lie about a colleague’s performance and twice being assaulted by a fellow officer.

Mr Carr claims he has had 21 trumped-up complaints made against him. He said the strain took a heavy toll and he felt he had no option but to resign.
