Flats to replace hair salon in Thurso





Highland Council has given permission for the change of use of a former Thurso hair salon into residential flats.

The former Hair.com at 34 Barrock Street will be changed into two one bedroom flats after permission was granted on October 1.

Highland Council says that the development must commence within three years of the date of this decision notice. If development has not commenced within this period, then this planning permission shall lapse.
