Fine for man involved in struggle after being thrown out of Thurso bar

Shaun Macdonald didn't take too kindly to being ejected from a Thurso bar during the festive season.

The 20-year-old got into a struggle with Simon Collier who was trying to prevent Macdonald from re-entering Mr Cs bar in Traill Street, Wick Sheriff Court heard on Wednesday.

It was stated that both men fell to the ground resulting in Mr Collier sustaining a minor injury.

Macdonald, of Pennyland Drive, Thurso, pleaded guilty to struggling with Mr Collier in the early hours of December 27, last year, and was fined £300.
