Fine and penalty points for provisional driver who had no insurance

A provisional driver who used his vehicle without insurance and a qualified driver was fined a total of £400 at Wick Sheriff Court this week.

Kevin Fraser (29) also incurred nine penalty points.

The accused, of Ackergill Crescent, Wick, admitted the offence which occurred in Millbank Road, Thurso, on November 21, last year and a previous record of offending.
