Family law solicitor returns to her Caithness roots
An experienced solicitor is returning to her roots in Caithness after taking up a position with a Highlands and Islands law firm.
Florence Fisher has joined d and h as senior associate, and will provide family law and guardianship services to clients in Caithness.
The firm has offices in Thurso, Elgin, Stromness and Kirkwall.
It described Florence as an experienced solicitor specialising in family law and adults with incapacity, and said she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the team.
Her practice covers all aspects of family law, including child contact matters, separation and divorce, cohabitee claims, and prenuptial agreements. Additionally, Florence has a strong focus on financial and welfare guardianships for adults who have lost capacity.

Florence said she was excited to return to her Caithness roots.
“I am thrilled to be back in Caithness and to be part of the team at d and h,” she said. “I look forward to offering high-quality, personalised legal services and supporting clients through some of the most challenging times of their lives.”
