Equine skills draw the crowds at Caithness Riding Club Spring Show
Horses and riders were of a “good standard” at the Caithness Riding Club (CRC) Spring Show held over the weekend (April 26-7) at Halkirk.
Judges at the show were G Stables and C Munro, with the CRC event taking place at NWH UHI Dale Farm with help from Russell Skelton and James Munro.
CRC show secretary Emma Gunn said: “The show was really well attended, with a good standard of horse and rider over the two days. It was especially lovely to see some new faces taking part and enjoying the event.”
Some classes were National Pony Society (NPS) Qualifiers for Scone Palace. There were also qualifiers for BHS Working Hunter Finals also to take place at Scone Palace in August.
