Children at Pennyland Early Learning and Childcare, Thurso, were delighted with the Easter eggs received from the Riverside Nursing Home after taking part in a colouring competition.

The young pupils coloured in some lovely pictures for the residents at the Wick nursing home for Easter. The three winners, who were chosen by the residents, each received a large Easter egg, while all the other children in the nursery also got the gift of a chocolate egg.

The winners are (from left): Robyn Andrews (3), Archie Rankine (5) and Hallie Weir (4).
