Dynamic folk band heading Full Tilt for Wick

Following a well-received debut tour in August, dynamic folk band Full Tilt are back on the road this month at venues all over the country – including a date in Wick.
The group, bringing together the musical talents of Gemma Donald, Brian Nicholson, Alan Small and Manus McGuire, will be playing at Mackays Hotel on Tuesday, November 26. Full Tilt will appear with local group the North Coast Fiddlers as special guests.
The concert starts at 7.30pm, with doors open at 7pm.
This tour is a little different from the last for Full Tilt as they are recording every concert with plans to release a live album in early 2020.
They aim to provide their audience with a diverse range of music from Scotland, Ireland and beyond.
The energetic and lively sound they produce, along with the expression and heartfelt emotion they are able to put into their music, comes across in every performance.
The group members are successful musicians in their own right, having performed all over the world both individually and with other bands.
The Wick show is one in a series being played by Full Tilt with their Scottish tour having started in Banchory on November 1. The band will take in venues throughout Scotland and northern England, finishing on December 1. They can be seen in venues as far south as Newcastle and as far north as Kirkwall.
