Driver fined at Wick court after checks showed he was uninsured

A driver who was found to be uninsured was fined £300 at Wick Sheriff Court.
John Mangan pleaded guilty and also incurred six penalty points.
The 55-year-old, of Green Close, Benson, Wallingford, in Oxfordshire, was charged by police who stopped him, near Church Street, Wick, on August 20 last year.
A documents check revealed he had no insurance cover.
