POLICE in Wick are warning motorists to observe the speed limit after two drivers were pulled over after being recorded going over 100 mph.

During the month of April, two motorists were clocked travelling at 116 mph and 102 mph in the Hempriggs area of Wick.

A motorist was also clocked travelling at 74 mph in a 30 mph zone at North Road in Wick last month.

Wick-based sergeant Lara Green revealed the information at a meeting of Wick community council on Monday.
