Directors being sought for High Life Highland board
PEOPLE in Caithness could have a chance to join the board of High Life Highland (HLH).
HLH delivers a wide range of services for Highland Council including adult learning, archives, arts, leisure facilities and libraries, museums, outdoor education, sport and youth work.
The charity is looking for directors to replace those who have completed their terms.
Ian Murray, chief executive of HLH, said: “We would welcome applications
from anyone who has a good track record in business or community management and an interest and knowledge of the cultural, learning or leisure sector in the Highlands. Due to the wide scope of our work, we are looking for someone to bring their skills to help contribute to the development of our company. I would ask anyone who is interested to get in touch with me for an informal chat.”
Anyone wishing to apply for the unpaid position should contact Jane Maclennan on 01463 702132 or at jane.maclennan@highland.gov.uk

Ian Murray can be contacted on 01463 663824.
The closing date for submissions is 5pm on Tuesday, June 3.
