Death of 21-year-old from Cairndhuna Terrace in Wick

Police said they were not treating the death of a young man in Wick today as suspicious.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 9.50 am on Monday, 22 November, 2021 police and ambulance service attended at a property in Cairndhuna Terrace, Wick.

“A 21-year-old man was taken by ambulance to Caithness General Hospital where he died a short time after admission.

“A post mortem examination will take place in due course to establish the exact cause of death which police are not treating as suspicious.

“A report will be sent to the Procurator Fiscal.”
