Members of the Caithness branch of Enable got into the spirit of the festive season on Saturday evening when they held their annual Christmas party.

The event at the Norseman Hotel in Wick saw around 80 members, helpers and carers dancing their cares away and enjoying an evening of fun, games and dancing.

Games organiser and voluntary chairman of the Caithness Enable branch Willie Mackay said: “We had a real party atmosphere throughout the entire evening. The dance floor was never empty dancing to the non-stop music of local band Doon Major.

“Everyone enjoyed themselves and all were in a great festive season mood.”

Enable advocates for an equal society for all citizens, where everyone has the right to live in the community of their choice, and participate as active and respected citizens through work, friends, and relationships.
