Stay at home Halloween for county's kids





There were no guisers and trick or treats on the streets as Caithness children stayed at home during Saturday night's Halloween celebrations due to the pandemic.

However, readers were asked to send in pictures of their little ones all dressed up with nowhere to go but a page of the local paper.

A selection are presented here to show that despite all the Covid restrictions, the ghouls just want to have fun anyway.

The message came in loud and clear – the children had a wail of a good time and all felt Hell-oween went fang-tastic.

And even pets joined in with the fun to creep it the real deal.
