PEOPLE from Caithness could have the chance to appear in a new comedy/ entertainment show which is being hosted by Jack Dee.

The show, being made by Citrus Television for Sky, is called Don’t Sit in the Front Row.

It will feature Dee and some of the country’s top comedians interacting with members of the audience, especially those in the front row.

According to a spokesman for the television company, the show will be like a panel show, only with a difference – there will be no teams and no quiz.

The comics will use facts and stories from certain members of the audience as the starting point for their comedy routines.

“The show will be a lot of fun for everyone who takes part and the person left at the end will win our coveted Golden Chair award,” he said.

“We are currently looking for people to take part in the show. There is no criteria for taking part apart from being aged 18 or over – contestants simply have to be confident and up for a laugh,” stated the spokesman.

Don’t Sit in the Front Row will be filmed in London in June, July, August and September.

“If you are interested in taking part and sitting in the front row send an e-mail to frontrow@citrustelevision.com and we’ll get back to you with an application form. Please contact us as soon as possible if you’d like to take part,” added the spokesman.
