THE Scottish Government's head of roads has reportedly said the dualling A9 and A96 is "up for debate".
The Scotsman is reporting Hugh Gillies made the comment at the Scottish Parliament's connectivity committee in response to a question from Highland Green MSP John Finnie.
The Scottish Government was planning to spend £6 billion on the road project.
