A display and presentation evening rounded off the gymnastic year for Caithness Rhythmic Gymnastics, a section of Caithness Amateur Gymnastics Club.
Family and friends of the gymnasts were invited to the event in the Thurso High School gym. They were treated to an exciting programme of fast-moving routines set to music.
This year the theme was Colours, so either the song title or the artiste referred to a colour.
Traditionally at the end of the display there is a presentation of awards.
This year the awards were:
Junior most improved, Erika Sutherland; runner-up, Una Bacon.
Junior rhythmic gymnast of the year, Abbie Fairweather; runner-up, Haylee Bennett.
Intermediate Rising Star award, Abiela Williamson, Beth McColm and Maddie Smith.
Senior most improved, Paige McPhee; runner-up, Faith Smith.
Senior rhythmic gymnast of the year, Brooke McAlpine; runner-up, Lois Manson.
Overall rhythmic gymnast of the year, Carys Gunn
Award for best attendance, Aila Anthoney, Bethan Wood, Carys Gunn, Erika Sutherland, Faith Smith and Zara Smith
Every gymnast also received a commemorative medal.
The evening brought a close to this session of rhythmic gymnastics. It will be back in August after the summer school holidays.
