Clydesdale Bank confirms Thurso branch to close

CLYDESDALE Bank has confirmed it will be closing its branch in Thurso in May.

It is one of 40 locations the bank will be pulling out of due to the decline in customers using branches for day-to-day transactions and the increase in online banking.

The branch at Traill Street will close on Tuesday, May 23.

Clydesdale Bank's branch in Wick will remain open.
