Chuck Berry tribute at Live Jive show

A SPECIAL tribute to the late, great Chuck Berry will form part of the Live Show music show on Sunday.

Organiser Ian Sinclair thought it would be fitting to mark the recent passing of the rock ‘n’ roll legend with a tribute at the event in the Park Hotel.

The show will feature regulars such as the Barracuda Boogie Band plus guests Donnie Howlin’ Gael Williamson and John Newton, along with the Sunday Night Band, Andrew Polson and Jackie Newton.

“Special features are an unplugged set from Charlie & Alex Mackintosh with Howlin’ Gael and also a special tribute set to the late great Chuck Berry from Barracuda,” he said.

The event gets underway at 2pm and runs until about 5pm.
